I played Burnout Paradise too, I thought it was pretty boring as well. This is Burnout Revenge, the best of the bunch! It is extremely fast, like 90% of the time you are doing top speed in a car.

Ah, didn't notice that part. Still a really fun game, though I never was good at the ones where you have to cause a lot of damage, never could figure those out.

I found this one for about 5 dollars after shipping, but it still has a day left in bidding though. That is the best deal I found. I would check craigslist, but I trust it less than ebay.

In other news, I bought Earth Defense Force: IA off ebay for 5 bucks. That was definitely an amazing deal(at the time, when the game was pretty new).

well I only played Paradise for about 2 hours. I didn't really like it, not quite as arcade-y as Revenge. I played Revenge as a kid, then I played the demo to see if it was still any good. I fell in love with it right away. Again.
